It is essential that the windshield wiper arm assemblies are fitted as illustrated in the photographs attached to this bulletin prior to releasing the cars to customers.

The vehicle does not comply to Federal Regulations unless the wiper arms are fitted in this manner.

Please insure that the information is distributed to all persons concerned with the delivery of new vehicles.
