Rewired for negative earth; Mitsubishi alternator; Removal of control box and fuse box (fuse box has been replaced by a six blade type fuse box that now resides above the passenger's footwell, along with the electronic ignition amplifier box and relays for halogen headlights, heater blower, horn and electric radiator fan); Relocation of starter solenoid (to the space vacated by the control box); Modern thermostatic fan switch in radiator (in place of temperature sensor bulb which has been relocated to the cylinder head); Coolant catch tank (I've talked to lots of people whose coolant level in their downflow radiators is always less than full - mine stays up at the brim now!)
